Receptionist

Seeking a Receptionist to work in a casual/professional office in Medford. Work hours would be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Pay range is $10+/hour depending on experience, with benefits after 90 days.

Duties include:

Answering a 4-line phone system
Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Inputting orders
General office duties - including filing, copying, mail distribution, etc...

Requirements:

Good customer service and people skills
Knowledgeable with MS Word, Excel and Publisher (to be trained on the company's computer programs)
