Medical Telephone Operator

Seeking a Telephone Operator in busy medical office. Work schedule will be Monday through Friday form 8am to 5pm. Pay range is depending on experience and includes benefits after 90 days.

Job Duties:

Will be #1 person answering a heavy multi-line telephone system. Not in direct contact with patients. This position will have a separate work station.
Completing entry level paperwork between calls.
Collating and sorting papers, opening mail, preparing paperwork for payments.

Requirements:

Fast learner and willing to learn new phone system. (Phone system will be upgraded in October 2007)
Good customer service is a must!
Previous multi-line telephone experience required, preferably in a medical office.
