Customer Service / Office Assistant
Seeking a Customer Service / Office Assistant to work in Medford.
Work hours would be Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m.
This position starts as part-time (approx 30 hours per week), but could work
into full-time. Pay range is $8.50 - $12.00+/hour depending on
experience -- with benefits if full-time.
Job Duties include:
- Data Entry
- Answering 8-line phone system and taking phone orders
- Faxing, filing and general office duties
Requirements:
- Accurate typing skills with a minimum of 30-45 wpm
- Average to above-average knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as
the ability to navigate internet searches.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Positive and professional personality and phone voice; as well as
being a team player and self-governing
- Attendance and reliability are critical. Also need reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a clean
driving record
- Prefer at least one year of customer service experience
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and help shipping department package
products.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, as well as random
tests during probationary period.
